At Manifest, we believe in the power of intentionality—in manifesting and in life–as a path to wellness. We put this belief into practice with tools like daily positive affirmations that help our community foster a positive mindset and improve their mental well-being.
Based in NYC, our team is always looking for ways to connect with the local wellness and influencer community. That’s why we were beyond excited to sponsor the intimate launch dinner for Part-Time Problem , the brand-new podcast co-hosted by influencers Isabelle Graff and Kaitlin Reagan in NYC. Part Time Problem is the first podcast from Happy Jack Entertainment , a production company whose mission is connecting people in the media industry to mental health support and therapy resources.
Creating the Vibes for our Manifestors At the launch event, we brought our manifesting mindset to life from the moment guests arrived. As an ode to our Manifest affirmations, we designed custom welcome cards for each attendee – each included a personalized affirmation chosen based on her social media persona. Our goal was to make each of the girls feel seen and appreciated, while infusing a core piece of Manifest’s positive spirit into the evening.
Manifest isn’t just about serious self-improvement and positive affirmations. We also believe that so much happiness comes from having fun and being able to laugh at ourselves. To add a playful touch to the wellness vibes at the event, we designed three pieces of merchandise featuring our favorite tongue-in-cheek “anti-wellness” slogans. These cheeky slogans poked fun at typical wellness clichés, reminding everyone that humor and not taking ourselves too seriously can be therapeutic in any wellness journey.
Dinner Wasn’t the Only Thing That Served The excitement from the event didn’t end that night. Since the dinner, we’ve started spotting some of our Manifest merch out in the wild on social media! In fact, one of our favorite influencers, Hallie Batchelder, even featured our merch in a TikTok video. Seeing our affirmations-driven apparel embraced by the community is incredibly rewarding for our team.
We’re so proud to support creators who aren’t afraid to be vulnerable and share the less glamorous sides of their lives. The hosts of Part-Time Problem embody this authenticity by opening up about real mental health struggles and personal challenges on their platform. It’s exactly the kind of honest conversation about mental health and wellness that we aim to champion.
We were a little busy capturing everyone else’s fun to get our own photos, but here’s one of the Manifest team from the dinner! Pictured below is Sydnee who you may recognize from our socials and our founder Amy!
Manifest is excited to continue creating opportunities to work with our favorite creators. We plan to keep manifesting positivity around mental health within our community. We truly value the authenticity and fun that projects like Part-Time Problem bring to their online communities, helping to normalize conversations about mental health and wellness. This is just the beginning of many more collaborations aimed at empowering others to prioritize their mental well-being.
FAQs What is the Manifest App and how does it support mental wellness? Manifest is a 24/7 wellness mobile app designed to help users improve their mental health through practices like guided manifesting and daily positive affirmations. It encourages you to set intentions, practice mindfulness, and reinforce a positive mindset each day. By integrating these self-care practices into your routine, the app acts as a supportive tool for overall mental wellness. (You can download Manifest on the App Store to start your journey.)
How do affirmations and manifesting benefit mental health? Practicing affirmations and manifesting can have a positive impact on mental health. Daily affirmations help reframe negative thought patterns into encouraging ones, boosting self-esteem and optimism over time. Manifesting — the practice of setting clear intentions for what you want in life — can increase motivation and give you a sense of purpose. Many people find that these practices reduce stress and anxiety by promoting a more hopeful, focused mindset. While techniques like affirmations are not a replacement for professional therapy when needed, they are valuable tools in a holistic wellness routine to support your mental well-being.
